Executes purchasing activities for mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical materials to support engineering builds and production.
What you'll do
- Create and update purchase orders; track orders and follow up with suppliers on acknowledgements, shipments, and delivery commitments.
- Maintain procurement and supplier records in ERP systems; support shortage management, RFQs, supplier onboarding, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Planning and Engineering on builds and resolve invoice discrepancies, receiving issues, and other supplier concerns.
