About the job
Maintains, repairs, calibrates, and improves manufacturing test equipment and infrastructure to support production uptime and quality.
What you'll do
- Perform maintenance, repairs, calibration, and daily troubleshooting of manufacturing test stations and equipment.
- Build and modify test fixtures, stations, cables, and harnesses; support equipment installation and upgrades.
- Maintain equipment documentation, spare-parts inventory, BOMs, and maintenance processes; coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing, production, laboratory, or test environment.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance and performing or supporting equipment calibration.
- Soldering experience and ability to build and repair cables and harnesses.
- Experience with BOMs and inventory management; comfort using command-line interfaces for basic troubleshooting.
Nice to have
- Experience with battery manufacturing or battery-related test systems.
- Experience with Linux-based systems, network-connected test systems, or services such as Teleport, Kubernetes (K8s), and/or Tailscale.
