Serves as a strategic People Business Partner to technical organizations, advising leaders and driving people strategies, organizational effectiveness, talent, and change initiatives.
What you'll do
- Advise senior leaders on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, talent, and succession planning.
- Coach leaders through performance, employee relations, and organizational matters; use people data to diagnose challenges and recommend actions.
- Lead or contribute to People programs and change initiatives, and mentor colleagues across the People organization.
