Supports deployment and onsite operation of humanoid robots, including service delivery, troubleshooting, repairs, fleet management, and customer demonstrations.
What you'll do
- Operate, troubleshoot, and repair robots; support day-to-day service delivery.
- Lead robot activities for media events and customer demonstrations; support root-cause analyses and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain service procedures, training, maintenance schedules, metrics, and operational improvements.
