Leads field service teams and operations throughout customer deployment and ongoing support of Agility Robotics’ humanoid robots, ensuring safe deployments, reliable systems, and effective customer service.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop Deployment Specialists; plan team capacity and allocate resources.
- Oversee deployment, commissioning, maintenance, break-fix support, escalations, and customer-site service operations.
- Troubleshoot complex robotic systems, lead root-cause analysis, and develop scalable procedures and service improvements.
