Leads software issue triage and root cause investigations for deployed robots, using logs, telemetry, and video to identify failures and build diagnostic tools that improve fleet reliability.
What you'll do
- Classify and prioritize complex failures, then route software-related issues to development teams with actionable evidence.
- Investigate novel failures using log, telemetry, and video analysis; develop scripts and visualization tools to find root causes and trends.
- Create and maintain RCA reports, troubleshooting guides, and reusable diagnostic frameworks.
