About the job
Build Agora’s analytics function from the ground up, connecting onchain, product, financial, and operational data to guide business and product decisions.
What you'll do
- Define company metrics and map data across the business into a coherent picture.
- Develop customer insights and product analytics to inform growth, investment, and product decisions.
- Create self-service analytics and partner with engineering to improve data capabilities.

- Strong SQL, including complex queries using joins, window functions, CTEs, and subqueries.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and metrics frameworks.
