Designs and builds Agora’s internal infrastructure platform, reusable services, and developer tooling so product teams can ship software reliably and quickly.
What you'll do
- Own and improve core platform components, including the TypeScript Pulumi codebase, Kubernetes runtime environments, and monitoring stack.
- Build reusable infrastructure abstractions and internal services that reduce cognitive load for engineering teams.
- Architect scalable systems, enforce engineering standards through code, and improve developer experience.

- 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience, including substantial work in Infrastructure and Cloud domains.
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript or another strictly typed language, and strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.
- Experience designing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code systems; deep understanding of AWS architecture.
- Experience designing, operating, and scaling Kubernetes workloads; proven ability to build reusable systems and abstractions.
