What you'll do
- Review designs, code, APIs, infrastructure, and deployments; identify risks and support practical remediation.
- Build and improve security monitoring and detections, investigate alerts, and participate in incident response with the SOC and internal teams.
- Own vulnerability management and improve security tooling, developer workflows, and security guidance.
What they ask for
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product security, application security, cloud security, or a closely related security engineering role.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to review application code; experience with a modern language such as TypeScript, Node.js, or JavaScript is especially relevant.
- Experience securing AWS, containerized workloads, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD or GitOps workflows.
- Hands-on experience with security tooling and detections, security investigations, incident response, vulnerability management, and working with a SOC.
