AI Principal Consultant, AI Services

What you'll do

• Lead AI and digital transformation engagements, teams, workstreams, and executive stakeholder discussions.
• Develop AI readiness assessments, use-case priorities, business cases, roadmaps, operating models, and governance approaches.
• Partner with technical teams to plan implementation and support proposals, account growth, and development of the AI Services practice.

What they ask for

• Typically 7–12+ years of experience in management consulting, technology advisory, digital transformation, enterprise technology, AI strategy, or related client-facing roles.
• Proven experience leading client engagements, workstreams, or project teams with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong structured problem-solving, executive communication, and facilitation skills, including preparation and presentation of senior-leadership-ready materials.
• Experience in at least one relevant area such as AI strategy, digital transformation, business case development, process redesign, automation, operating model design, or AI governance; sufficient AI and technology fluency to work with business and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Background in top-tier management consulting, Big 4 advisory, technology consulting, enterprise transformation, or a similar professional services environment.
• MBA or other advanced degree; experience with AI, data, cloud, software delivery, MLOps, responsible AI, enterprise platforms, implementation, or practice growth.

Pay

USD 250,000–300,000 per-year-salary; OTE, including base salary and any applicable target bonus amount
