What you'll do
- Lead daily hardware configuration and physical setup work; coordinate schedules, materials, and staffing to meet production objectives.
- Oversee equipment and automated systems, troubleshoot failures, and drive root-cause analysis and process improvements.
- Train staff, maintain SOPs and safety and technical compliance, and monitor production metrics including efficiency, downtime, and quality.
