Build and maintain full-stack features for AHEAD’s Hatch platform, owning work from understanding user needs through design, delivery, and support.
What you'll do
- Design, build, test, and support full-stack web applications; make pragmatic architectural decisions.
- Use AI tools and coding agents to accelerate development, then review, test, and secure the work shipped.
- Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, work with users and stakeholders, and help plan estimates, milestones, and the engineering roadmap.
