ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant - AI

What you'll do

• Build and tune Now Assist skills, AI Agents, agentic workflows, predictive models, AI Search, integrations, and supporting data foundations.
• Translate client needs into measurable AI use cases; demonstrate solutions and establish evaluation, governance, testing, and monitoring practices.
• Lead delivery activities, mentor technical consultants and junior developers, and develop reusable AI accelerators across engagements.

What they ask for

• 6+ years in the ServiceNow domain, including meaningful recent experience building AI-enabled production solutions.
• Hands-on ServiceNow AI expertise, platform development and integration skills, advanced JavaScript and Glide APIs, and applied AI craft.
• Proven leadership in at least one product suite beyond core ITSM and Service Portal.
• Experience defining success metrics, evaluating AI outcomes, and applying responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, and AI-related micro-certifications) are welcome.
• Familiarity with LLM providers and APIs, vector search and RAG architectures, MCP, cloud platforms, DevOps toolchains, or analytics outside ServiceNow.

Pay

USD 160,000–190,000 per year (OTE)
