Leads a second-shift warehouse team and supports shipping, receiving, picking, inventory accuracy, safety, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead, train, and coach warehouse associates; assign work to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Oversee and actively perform receiving, material movement, picking, packaging, and shipping; maintain accurate inventory and records.
- Promote safety and continuous improvement, including troubleshooting fulfillment errors and supporting SOPs and 5S practices.
