About the job
Oversees second-shift warehouse operations and leads associates to ensure safe, accurate, and timely receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
What you'll do
- Lead, train, schedule, and coach warehouse associates; assign work and address performance or employee issues.
- Coordinate daily warehouse workflows, inventory records, schedules, and communication with internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards; troubleshoot fulfillment errors and implement process improvements.
