About the job
Build, operate, and improve Ahrefs’ database and storage systems across roughly 1,200 servers, including writing and deploying code and supporting production operations.
What you'll do
- Develop ClickHouse features and improve MooseFS and SeaweedFS availability, durability, and performance.
- Operate and tune database clusters, investigate production incidents and data corruption, and deploy releases and migrations across three regions.
- Validate risky designs, automate recurring operational tasks, and build an SRE agent to monitor clusters and propose incident fixes.
