Own post-sale technical implementation for enterprise customers across the Americas, taking accounts from setup through migration, training, and ongoing technical support.
What you'll do
- Configure enterprise accounts and manage keyword migrations, onboarding training, and technical escalations.
- Create reusable implementation materials and share customer friction with Product.
- Partner with Account Managers to make customer account strategy operational.
