About the job
Build and operate the agentic tutoring systems that model learners, plan instruction, verify generated teaching, and measure learning outcomes.
What you'll do
- Design and build tutoring agents with multi-step workflows, tools, memory, and long-term planning.
- Develop learner models and evaluation systems to measure conversational and teaching quality using learner data.
- Build guardrails and verification layers, and iterate on the tutoring product with the founding team.
