Senior Manager, Professional Services

What you'll do

• Lead concurrent implementations, managing plans, risks, technical workstreams, scope, schedule, and go-live.
• Run customer kickoffs, steering committees, status reviews, and executive readouts; coordinate cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Support scoping and pre-sales, report project health, improve delivery processes, and promote adoption and value realization.

What they ask for

• 8+ years in technical project management or professional services delivery, including at least 5 years as the primary customer-facing lead on enterprise implementations.
• Experience delivering SaaS, data, integration-heavy, or AI/ML-powered platforms to enterprise clients, including setting expectations about model accuracy and AI-result checks.
• Technical foundation in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), APIs, integrations, data migration, and SDLC; experience with scoping, estimation, SOWs, and change requests.
• Working command of Agile and Waterfall, hands-on JIRA and standard PM tools; bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-heavy or analytics SaaS platforms, utilities, energy, critical infrastructure, geospatial/GIS, remote sensing, AI/ML, or GenAI products.
• PMP, CSM/PSM, or equivalent certification.

Pay

$160,000 to $230,000 USD annual total pay (base salary + bonus)
