Manages professional host accounts and supply acquisition in an assigned territory to grow Airbnb’s high-quality inventory and market presence.
What you'll do
- Build partner relationships, manage accounts, and meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Prospect and onboard high-quality hosts; use data and market knowledge to identify growth opportunities and optimize partner performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, educate hosts on product and policy changes, and provide timely support, including occasional travel.
