Principal Machine Learning Engineer- LLM Fine-tuning and Optimization

What you'll do

• Build and productionize LLM models and pipelines for batch and real-time applications.
• Evaluate, select, and refine foundation models for performance and efficiency.
• Set AI technical roadmaps and contribute to product and ML platform architecture.

What they ask for

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years developing machine learning models and products at scale, from inception to business impact.
• Programming experience in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Proven model training, fine-tuning, optimization, and inference runtime experience, including post-training or specialized runtime optimization experience.

Nice to have

• Publications at peer-reviewed AI conferences such as NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, or ACL.
• Experience with AI in customer support, AI product development through production, or business-critical AI services and ML infrastructure.

$292,000 — $365,000 USD (base salary)
