What you'll do
- Design, operate, and optimize host incentive, recognition, education, and benefits programs, including evolving Superhost and testing programs for Experiences and Services.
- Set program goals and use data and host feedback to measure impact, improve effectiveness, and ensure programs are inclusive and globally scalable.
- Lead cross-functional execution, stakeholder alignment, vendor management, senior-leadership communications, and mentorship of junior team members.
