Owns and improves Airbnb Luxe’s end-to-end new-listing acquisition and onboarding operations, maintaining a healthy pipeline and supporting growth targets.
What you'll do
- Build and run listing acquisition and onboarding approaches with Sales and cross-functional teams; improve processes and tooling.
- Manage program budgets and vendor relationships, and lead shared programs from planning through execution.
- Track program metrics, diagnose performance issues, and represent the team in cross-functional and leadership settings.
