Owns and improves the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding process for new Airbnb Luxe listings, driving supply growth and quality in partnership with cross-functional teams.

- Manage program budgets and vendor relationships, and lead shared programs from planning through execution.
- Track program metrics, diagnose performance issues, and represent the team in cross-functional and leadership settings.
