What you'll do
- Own cross-functional programs end-to-end and develop operating policies, playbooks, and standards.
- Assess workflows and systems; recommend and lead process, tooling, and automation improvements, including measurable AI pilots.
- Build alignment across teams and partners, manage vendors, and guide change adoption and program performance measurement.
