Develop marketplace models, experiments, and data products to improve Airbnb search, listing ranking, recommendations, and personalization while supporting marketplace health.
What you'll do
- Build models and analytic frameworks for ranking and recommendations that account for marketplace dynamics and ecosystem health.
- Partner with Machine Learning Engineers and Product to launch search improvements and evaluate them through experiments.
