Staff Platform Manager - GTM & Ops Tooling

What you'll do

• Define the multi-year ops platform strategy and prioritized roadmap, aligning it with senior leaders across Supply, Engineering, and Operations.
• Design and deliver AI-forward operational workflows and case/workforce management tooling, including forecasting, capacity planning, and human-in-the-loop decisions.
• Write product briefs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive solutions through launch, adoption, and measurement of business outcomes.

What they ask for

• 10+ years in product management, platform management, or operations technology, including at least 5 years in technical product management with delivery accountability for back-end systems.
• Deep technical fluency in system architecture, engineering design, data models, and API contracts.
• Experience redesigning operational processes in a high-volume service organization and shipping AI or automation into production operations, including human-in-the-loop systems.
• Experience owning workforce or case management tooling and delivering complex initiatives through teams outside your reporting line.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Airtable, Zendesk, or similar platforms; SQL fluency.
• Background in scaled operations or internal tools in a marketplace or high-growth environment, with measurable operational impact.

Pay

$200,000 — $240,000 USD base salary
