About the job
Leads architecture and delivery of AirCover’s insurance platform, including policy, coverage, enrollment, regional rules, and experimentation systems.
What you'll do
- Design scalable, auditable architecture for expanding insurance products across regions and lead implementation across teams.
- Build experimentation capabilities for insurance offers, pricing, and placement, measuring attach rate and downstream outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, guide technical quality and operations, and mentor engineers.
