Lead the strategy, development, and scaling of Kyber, Airbnb’s prototyping and rapid-deployment platform, and integrate it into product development workflows.
What you'll do
- Set technical direction and make architectural decisions for Kyber; rebuild it on next-generation cloud platforms and evolve its capabilities.
- Write and review code, including with AI coding agents, and establish standards for platform quality, availability, and health.
- Partner across teams, enable non-technical builders to create product prototypes, and mentor engineers.
