Leads Aircall’s Forward Deployed Engineering team and drives the customer delivery, go-to-market execution, and adoption of its AI Communication Agent.
What you'll do
- Scale and coach the FDE team while providing technical guidance on strategic customer engagements and deployments.
- Establish data-driven operating practices, KPIs, playbooks, and deployment frameworks to improve AI Agent delivery and GTM execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and relay customer and field insights to inform product, roadmap, and GTM decisions.
