Leads Aircall’s Forward Deployed Engineering team and drives the customer-facing delivery, go-to-market execution, and organizational adoption of its AI Communication Agent.
What you'll do
- Scale and coach the FDE team while supporting strategic customer deployments and setting execution standards.
- Improve AI Agent go-to-market operations using KPIs, forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and team enablement.
- Develop repeatable deployment frameworks and represent customer and field learnings in product and roadmap decisions.
