Leads and scales the Forward Deployed Engineering team, overseeing customer deployments and go-to-market execution for Aircall’s AI Communication Agent.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and grow the FDE team while providing technical guidance on strategic customer engagements.
- Drive data-backed AI Agent go-to-market execution, tracking performance and building repeatable deployment playbooks and frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional work and represent customer and field learnings in product, roadmap, and GTM decisions.
