Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Solutions Engineering

What you'll do

• Discover customer workflows and design, build, and deploy AI Agent integrations using low/no-code tools, APIs, and CRM automation.
• Lead cross-functional deployments, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and create reusable frameworks and team enablement materials.
• Drive AI product adoption through customer campaigns, education, roadmap feedback, and regional product revenue targets.

What they ask for

• 2–8 years or more in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
• Strong command of APIs, webhooks, and data structures including JSON, REST, and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration tools and CRM automation.
• Practical understanding of AI workflow configuration, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and monitoring.

Nice to have

• Experience in telephony, voice, or contact center systems.
• Familiarity with BI and analytics tools, or scripting for light customization and debugging.

Pay

USD 90,000–136,000 per-year-salary (base salary)
