What you'll do
- Own financial operations workstreams, including payment and deposit investigations, settlement exceptions, partner escalations, recalls, wallet adjustments, and transaction exceptions.
- Coordinate client enablement and enterprise readiness with Commercial and cross-functional teams, supporting account configuration, product activation, go-lives, and post-sale handoffs.
- Improve operational performance through process redesign, controls, incident frameworks, partner migrations, and team leadership.
