Leads product legal support for Embedded Finance, Lending, Issuing, and Payments for Platforms, advising on regulated products from ideation through launch.
What you'll do
- Lead the product-legal team, manage two direct reports, and provide hands-on counsel on high-impact matters.
- Structure financial products and advise Product and Engineering on regulatory issues, agreements, and launch readiness.
- Build scalable legal resources and coordinate legal, compliance, risk, and regional teams on launches and regulatory matters.
