About the job
Provides employment-law advice and builds practical policies and processes for Airwallex’s Americas business, while managing investigations, disputes, and related external counsel.
What you'll do
- Advise on US employment law and coordinate cross-jurisdictional guidance with external counsel.
- Develop employment playbooks, templates, policies, and manager guidance.
- Lead workplace investigations, disputes, agency charges, and litigation; advise on employee lifecycle matters.
