Owns end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for US enterprise and high-growth customers, coordinating teams and stakeholders from solution design through go-live and early adoption.
What you'll do
- Advise customers and internal teams on solution design, system configuration, and integration approaches, including ERP, HRIS, and API integrations.
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation delivery and troubleshoot customer configuration and integration challenges.
- Document repeatable implementation practices and share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to improve integration coverage and outcomes.
