About the job
Own EMEA payroll operations and contribute to global payroll strategy, implementations, controls, and systems improvements.
What you'll do
- Manage accurate EMEA payroll processing, compliance, reconciliations, and month- and year-end close.
- Lead payroll implementation and improvement work, including global solution rollout, integrations, workflows, and automation.
- Analyse payroll data, advise employees and stakeholders, and partner with Finance, HR, and Legal on payroll and expansion needs.
