Supports people experiencing homelessness or housing instability in finding housing, securing move-in resources, and maintaining stable tenancies through field-based navigation, coordination, and documentation.
What you'll do
- Assess housing needs, develop housing plans, assist with housing searches and applications, and coordinate placements with landlords and community partners.
- Coordinate housing deposits and provide ongoing tenancy support, including lease compliance assistance, conflict resolution, and eviction prevention.
- Document services, coordinate with care teams and health plans, and comply with authorization and billing requirements.
What they ask for
- 3+ years of experience in housing navigation, case management, social services, or a related field.
- Knowledge of homeless services systems, Coordinated Entry and VI-SPDAT, and Housing First and harm reduction principles.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field work.
- Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills; ability to manage multiple cases and work independently in the field.
Nice to have
- CalAIM Community Supports knowledge; experience with Housing Deposit and Tenancy Sustaining billing workflows.
- Spanish bilingual ability or experience with Los Angeles County and/or Kern County homeless systems.

$22 USD — $25 USD hourly pay
