Leads health plan client implementations of Alaffia’s payment integrity platform and services, from scoping and configuration through go-live and stabilization, while building repeatable implementation practices.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end client implementations, including requirements gathering, workflow configuration, testing, launch, and stabilization.
- Translate payment integrity programs into platform configurations and advise client stakeholders throughout onboarding.
- Develop implementation playbooks and collaborate across teams to resolve blockers and improve products and processes.
