About the job
Build and own backend systems for Alaffia’s claims review platform, helping shape architecture and engineering practices while using AI coding tools in daily development.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver production backend systems, including data-intensive applications.
- Contribute to technical direction, coding standards, testing, observability, and infrastructure decisions; mentor engineers.
- Collaborate with product, data, DevOps, and business teams to scope and deliver solutions.
