What you'll do
- Lead customer deployments from kickoff to go-live, mapping workflows and configuring Alchemi.
- Review output for scientific and regulatory accuracy and provide feedback to engineering.
- Train customer scientists, serve as a trusted contact, and share customer insights with the product team.
