Manages daily accounts payable operations, vendor support, reconciliations, and close support while helping improve procure-to-pay workflows.
What you'll do
- Process and code invoices, prepare payment batches, maintain vendor records, and resolve payment or invoice issues.
- Review employee expenses and corporate card transactions; reconcile AP balances and support month-end close and 1099 preparation.
- Maintain AP controls and records, support audits, and contribute to systems and workflow improvements.
