Own daily accounts payable operations, vendor support, reconciliations, and close support while improving Alchemy’s procure-to-pay processes.
What you'll do
- Process and code invoices, prepare payment batches, maintain vendor records, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Review employee expenses and corporate card transactions; reconcile AP balances and support month-end close and 1099 preparation.
- Maintain AP controls and documentation, and support system updates and workflow improvements.

- Understanding of invoice coding, purchase orders, payment terms, reconciliations, and basic accrual accounting.
