About the job
Build and lead Alchemy’s accounting function, overseeing financial operations, controls, reporting, and accounting team development.
What you'll do
- Lead general ledger, AP, AR, global multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations, and monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
- Ensure US GAAP compliance; strengthen accounting systems, policies, procedures, and controls; oversee tax and external accounting relationships.
- Provide financial insights and reporting to leadership, the Board, and investors, and lead the accounting team and technical accounting initiatives.

- Public accounting experience and meaningful in-house operating experience at a high-growth technology company.
- Strong ownership of accounting operations and deep technical accounting knowledge, including US GAAP.

Nice to have
- CPA strongly preferred.
