About the job
Build and operate Alchemy’s internal data platform and pipelines for product usage, revenue, and customer-serving costs.
What you'll do
- Build reliable batch and streaming ingestion pipelines, including schema-change handling, safe backfills, and data-quality checks.
- Operate and improve Snowflake, orchestration, deployments, and production support for the data platform.
- Collaborate with analytics partners to define shared datasets, models, documentation, and reusable self-service tools.
What they ask for
- Experience independently building and operating production data pipelines and their supporting infrastructure.
- Strong SQL and Python skills, including testing, debugging, and maintainable software design.
- Experience with Snowflake or a comparable warehouse, including performance tuning and access management.
- Experience with workflow orchestration and transformation tools such as Airflow and dbt, or equivalent systems.
Nice to have
- Kafka, database replication, or change-data-capture systems.
