Partners with strategic customers to design and optimize blockchain infrastructure solutions, write code, support integrations, and relay customer needs to product and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Write code and help customers design, scale, and optimize systems built on Alchemy’s infrastructure.
- Support customer onboarding, integrations, planning, and resolution of technical blockers.
- Translate customer and developer feedback into product insights while collaborating across Product, Engineering, and BD.
