About the job
Build and lead Allen Control Systems’ quality function, setting its long-term strategy and developing a practical Quality Management System as the company scales hardware manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Develop the multi-year quality strategy and build the QMS, including the path toward ISO 9001; manage audits and quality KPIs.
- Lead root-cause and corrective-action work, supplier quality and qualification, and customer quality matters.
- Develop the quality team and partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.
