Leads manufacturing quality operations, including in-process and final inspection, corrective action, product release, and quality-team development as production scales.
What you'll do
- Own inspection, acceptance, and final product release processes; ensure quality records and customer requirements are complete.
- Lead nonconformance disposition, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and efforts to reduce defects, rework, and scrap.
- Develop the Manufacturing Quality team and scalable processes; partner with cross-functional teams on production ramp, audits, and quality improvement.
