Build and operate Alloy’s People technology and data infrastructure, including systems, integrations, automation, governance, and workforce reporting.
What you'll do
- Own People systems architecture and lead system replacements, integrations, and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Implement AI-native tools and automate employee and candidate lifecycle processes.
- Develop workforce reporting and data pipelines, and establish data governance and security practices.

- 4+ years in People Systems, People Analytics, HRIS, or a comparable technical operations role.
- Hands-on experience with modern HR tech stacks, including configuration, API and integration work, and data architecture.
